What happens next

The ZIP is extracted; the most TOC-like HTML inside is auto-selected.
Chapters & sections are parsed from that file using TOC patterns (Chapter N: …, 1.1 …, with page numbers).
You'll land on a review screen where every chapter / section / page number is editable. Add or remove rows freely.
Save persists the draft. Confirm locks it for the next pipeline step.
